• Reflective journaling workshop

• Sunset sound bath to close

Somatic movement classes and workshops designed to re-connect you with your body through creative and expressive movement.
Our meditation classes are designed to help you reduce stress and anxiety, and find inner calm and clarity. We offer both guided and silent meditation sessions.
Our wellness workshops are designed to educate and inspire you to live a healthier, happier life. We cover a variety of topics, from stress management to nutrition to self-care.
