At Finding Eden, we are on a mission to create a transformative, supportive, and healing community for individuals navigating trauma, abuse, mental health struggles, and personal growth challenges. We are seeking dedicated practitioners, facilitators, and mental health professionals who believe in our vision and want to help others reclaim their lives, rediscover their strength, and begin their healing journey.
As a volunteer facilitator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering workshops and events that empower individuals—both youth and adults. Your expertise will be at the heart of creating safe spaces where personal transformation can happen, with a focus on healing, resilience, and personal growth.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who have experience in the following areas:
- Trauma-Informed Therapy (counseling, mental health support)
- Life Coaching (personal development, self-worth, overcoming self-doubt)
- Holistic Healing (yoga, meditation, mindfulness, energy healing)
- Art Therapy (creative expression, healing through art)
- Support Group Facilitation (group therapy, peer-led support groups)
- Addiction Recovery Coaching (self-medication, overcoming substance abuse)
- Mindfulness Practices (journaling, guided reflections)
- Fitness & Wellness (physical health, exercise as a form of mental wellness)
- Youth Mentorship and Empowerment (programs specifically for young people)
What We Offer:

- Flexibility and Creative Freedom: Have the freedom to create and lead your own healing events or workshops. We encourage new ideas and fresh perspectives.
- Compensation for Events and Workshops: While the initial work is unpaid, once we begin generating funds, facilitators will receive compensation from pop-up events, classes, and workshops. We aim to ensure our team members are fairly compensated for their hard work and contributions as we grow.
- Potential Profit Share: Team members who contribute consistently and meaningfully may be eligible for a profit-sharing arrangement as we scale and generate funds for our mission.

Social Media & Marketing Experts
Help Us Grow and Spread the Word!
As we work towards building Finding Eden into a recognized, trusted non-profit, we need dedicated marketing and social media experts to help us reach more people who can benefit from our services. Your role will be key to helping us gain awareness, grow our online community, and build engagement that drives our mission forward.
If you are skilled in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing strategy, we invite you to help us create impactful campaigns that foster connections, build trust, and inspire donations for our cause.
What We're Looking For:
- Social Media Content Creation: Design and implement engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms to create awareness around Finding Eden’s mission and services.
- Growth Strategies: Help grow our online presence through effective strategies, increasing followers, engagement, and interaction on social media platforms.
- Email Marketing: Assist with creating email newsletters and campaigns to keep our community engaged and informed about upcoming events, workshops, and opportunities to donate.
- Content Strategy: Help plan and execute a long-term content strategy that highlights key messages, success stories, workshops, and educational resources.
- SEO & Digital Advertising: Assist with driving traffic to our website through SEO, digital ads, and other online marketing strategies.
