I’m not a therapist. I’m not a self-help guru. I’m a survivor—of dysfunction, of trauma, of silence. I created Finding Eden and Voices of Strength because I know what it’s like to have no one to call when everything inside you feels like it’s breaking.
I grew up in a family where love came with conditions, where emotions were dismissed, and where speaking your truth was punished.
At 19, I moved to California in search of something more—but what I found was pain I never could’ve imagined. I’ve lived through domestic violence, sexual assault, homelessness, and the kind of deep, unspoken grief that doesn’t have a name. I’ve had six abortions, each one carrying its own complex weight. And for years, I carried all of it in silence.
I’ve spent the last 12 years navigating chronic depression, CPTSD, and the heavy aftermath of trauma while trying to survive in a world that doesn’t always hold space for the broken or the hurting. But even in my darkest moments, I held onto a vision—of creating a space for people like me. People who’ve been alone. People who’ve never had a safety net. People who have carried their pain in silence for far too long.
That’s how Voices of Strength was born. Not from a polished plan—but from a lived experience. From a real need for a safe space where healing is allowed to be messy, emotions are honored, and no one has to pretend they’re okay when they’re not.
I don’t have all the answers, and I never will. But what I do have is my story—and the courage to share it so others don’t feel so alone in theirs.
Whether you’re here to listen, to share, or to start your own journey toward healing—welcome. You belong here.
These healing resources were created for the parts of you that still ache. The quiet pain, the emotional confusion, the moments you feel lost in your own story — each workbook is a path inward. Together, they form a toolkit for emotional healing, self-discovery, and reclaiming your power.
• Untangle: A therapeutic guide to help you break trauma bonds, reconnect with your inner child, grieve past relationships, and rediscover emotional clarity. Divided into four deep sections with trauma-informed insights and reflective prompts.
• How Well Do You Know Yourself?: A 50-question self-reflection journal designed to help you reconnect with your needs, values, emotions, and personal truth. This is your invitation to slow down, look within, and build an honest relationship with yourself.
• Where It Still Hurts: A gentle daily and weekly check-in journal created for the parts of your story that still feel heavy. Use it to track your emotions, explore hidden grief, and offer yourself the care you’ve long deserved.
• The Truth You’ve Been Avoiding: A bold and vulnerable space to confront the truths you’ve been pushing away. This journal holds space for clarity, release, and emotional breakthroughs — especially for those healing from toxic love or emotional disconnection.
These are more than journals. They’re quiet companions in your healing.
